Crowder Breaks a Leg - Literally

There's an old saying in Show Business that performers say to each other prior to a show - "Break a leg!" Its origin of this idiom is a bit of a mystery, but it's believed to stem from a superstition in the theater world where saying "good luck" is considered bad luck.
For GRAMMY nominee Crowder, the expression turned into a painful literal reality as he recently shattered his leg. Without being too graphic, Crowder tells his fans on social media what happened.
I’m not near as athletic as I thought I was, I’ve broken my leg and had to have emergency surgery including some plates and screws. Unfortunately, I will have to miss a few shows.😔 I’m on the mend and we will figure out how to get back there as soon as we can! Thanks so much for the prayers

Even with an injury, Crowder keeps his wit as he tags Christian Artist Forrest Frank, who burned up the Internet reporting on the healing he had received from a fractured spine. But not to be outdone by Forrest Frank, the hospital bed becomes fertile ground for Crowder's creativity. Take a look!

Crowder's interrupted tour schedule is the "Grace & Glory Fall 2025 Tour", with Passion Music, Louie Giglio, Kari Jobe Carnes, and Cody Carnes. The tour was scheduled to begin September 5th, but as he referenced, some performances will be affected because of his injury.
Here's praying for quick healing, and a quick return to the stage!
