Stephen struggled with bulimia throughout his teenage life. The words and opinions of others had a huge impact on his life and caused major body-image issues. Once Stephen understood the love of Jesus and that he had been created by a perfect, loving God, Stephen was able to overcome his struggles and see himself as Gods Masterpiece.

As a Youth pastor I make these #1minuteMessages and send them out to my students via different social media outlets. Its crazy but my 1MinuteMessage project has been view over 130,000 times since i started this project a few short months ago now im bringing these messages to GodTube. Hope its helpful to somebody somewhere.
