Going to a Disney theme park draws upon this same kind of imagination and yet, there's one ingredient to the magic that is always overlooked by children: love. The trip is not complete unless you go to that movie or visit Disneyland with some loving family and friends. Even the happiest place on earth can be a miserable experience if you're with grumpy selfish people. Love more than a feeling, it's a doing.

A Moment of Encouragement During the COVID-19 Pandemic


For several days I felt the Holy Spirit lead me to say something in this troubled time. After the Virginia governors press conference on March 23rd I had to say something. Now as of March 30, 2020 and with the "stay at home," order this seems relevant again.
